Wigg & Co - public direct access to barristers at law
Call us on 01892 529518. Experience counts.
From July 2004 an amendment
to the Bar Council's Code of Conduct enables Barristers of 3 years call
and above to deal directly with the public without an intermediary
solicitor. The cab-rank rule will not apply and work cannot be refused
because of the way it is funded or because the client is unpopular. Any
Barrister participating in this scheme must have attended the training
course.
