If in any court a Claimant discontinued his Claim against any one or

whereby the Claimant is ordered to pay such Defendant's costs, then he
will be liable for his individual costs incurred by such Defendants up

disbursements to be determined following the trial of common issues,
with permission to apply if such a trial does take place. This form of
Order should in future be used in multi-party actions.
